Homes for Heroes® is a company that affiliates with Realtors®, lenders and other real estate-related service providers who offer substantial rebates and discounts to the heroes who serve our nation and its communities every day. Our heroes include military personnel, firefighters, law enforcement officers, teachers, social and health care workers and others who make our communities a better place to live.
Some of the savings offered in the Home for Heroes program include:
- A 25% rebate, at closing, from the real estate Affiliate’s company’s gross commission.
- Discounted lending fees charged by Homes for Heroes® lender affiliates.
- Title Closing Fee discounts – Cumberland Title provides a $100 discount on closings to our heroes.
- Other Real Estate Related Discounts available in some States.
